The Skyhawk 1145 P EQ1 is an inexpensive telescope for your first steps into the night sky, with everything a beginner might need - a parabolic primary mirror, an equatorial mount, with a diameter sufficient not only for the planets, but also for the first glimpses into the deep sky.
This model of the telescope has a shorter optical tube, so it reacts less to vibrations, it is easier to assemble and transport, and it can be observed practically from anywhere - even your balcony.
The telescope's equatorial mount has setting scales and slow telescope rotation knobs for effortless tracking of objects in the sky.
The primary mirror of the telescope is parabolic, so it will not have aberrations typical of spherical mirrors.
With this telescope, you will be able to observe the moon, the bright planets - Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, Mars, and thus begin your acquaintance with the deep sky.
With this telescope, it will be possible to see more than half of the objects on the Messier list - stray and globular clusters, the brightest galaxies and nebulae.
By using an additional Sun filter, you will be able to observe sunspots during the day.
