  • When would my shipment arrive?
    The delivery time of orders from our online store depends on the product, order placement time and delivery options. You can see a more detailed delivery time estimate on the product page, under the "Availability" tab.
  • How do I return a product?
    The products ordered from our online store can be returned within 14 days of purchase. In order to return a product, please deliver it to any Photopoint store. You can also send it by courier or parcel terminal. Returned goods must be complete, in original packaging and without signs of use. Please provide the proof of purchase and fill in the statement of withdrawal of purchase along with the returned product.
  • What happens if the product is broken?
    If your product is defective, malfunctions or has any other problem caused by manufacturer or seller, then you should stop using it immediately. During the time available for complaint the product should be delivered to any Photopoint store or Nordic Digital AS's main office. Please provide the proof of purchase, written complaint and your contact details along with the e-mail address.
