Commlite Canon EF - Canon EF-M bayonet adapter koos objektiivi elektroonika edastamisega. Ühildub Canon EOS EF/EF-S süsteemi objektiividega ja Canon EF-M (EOS M) keredega. Adapter võimaldab kasutada Canon EF ja EF-S süsteemi objektiive Canon EF-M bayonetiga kaameratega. Adapter kinnitatakse kaamera kere bayonetile sarnaselt objektiivide kinnitamisega. Objektiiv kinnitatakse seejärel adapteri bayonetile. Adapteril on elektrooniline ahel ja kontaktid, mis võimaldavad kaameral objektiiviga suhelda. See võimaldab objektiivis töötada automaatse teravustamismootori, informatsiooni edastamise ja ava juhtimise, vajadusel ka pildistabilisaatori. Teravustamine ja ava saab kaamera poolt valida automaatselt. Käsitsi režiimides saab keha nuppude abil muuta parameetreid. Kui selle adapteriga on ühendatud Canon süsteemi objektiiv, tuvastab kaamera objektiivi täieliku toe saamiseks automaatse teravustamise, ava juhtimise ja stabiliseerimise. Seade on kasulik nii pildistamiseks kui ka filmimiseks. Adapteril on statiivikinnitus (1/4"), mis võimaldab kaamera ja raskete objektiivide paigaldamist statiivile. See on täiesti ohutu nii objektiivide kui ka kaamera jaoks. Selle paigaldamine on lihtne ja kiire. See on valmistatud äärmise hoolikusega, vastupidavast metallist.
