It offers water resistance to 10m, withstands a drop onto a hard surface from up to 1.22m, operates in temperatures as low as -10 °C, and is fully protected from dust.<br><br><b>12.1 MP</b><br>A 12.1 Megapixel resolution gives you the freedom to crop or enlarge images, while retaining outstanding image detail.<br><br><b>3.0x zoom and optical IS</b><br>Canon’s 3.0x optical zoom lens features an optical Image Stabilizer, to guard images against blur caused by camera shake – essential in active, high-movement activities.<br><br><b>Incredible images more easily</b><br>Smart Auto mode uses intelligent Scene Detection Technology to determine subject brightness, contrast, distance and overall hue.
