Using the zippered divider curtain, the inner tent can be divided into two separate sleeping compartments for more privacy or used as one large sleeping compartment. The Palmdale 500 Lux's large porch closes to form a fully protected vestibule, suitable for use as a wet and cooking area or as a storage area for gear, dirty shoes and the like.
